SYS Group held its inaugural conference in Limerick on Friday 4th March to celebrate the company’s seven years in business. All staff members of the group were in attendance with their husbands, wives and partners.
The day commenced with all 32 members of staff attending a company update from Group CEO, Tony Delaney. Tony outlined the company’s success in 2021 as well as discussing the roadmap for the upcoming years. He also emphasised the importance of what the consultants do on a daily basis.
Professional Development
The afternoon session was drawn to a close by a presentation on behavioural economics, delivered by Head of Investments at New Ireland, Andy Ivory-Corr. This thought-provoking slideshow led to a series of burning questions from the members of the team.
After an educational afternoon, the team enjoyed an evening of entertainment which saw a number of awards being presented, including, the Sales Consultant of the Year 2021 as well as Employee of the Year.
